I am a yoga and fitness trainer with over 8 years of experience.
I've been practicing yoga for six years and helping people transform their bodies and well-being for five years now. My journey began with fitness and Pilates—I actively led group training sessions back in my student years.
I first encountered yoga as a student: I tried different styles, studios, and teachers. It was through practice that I realized how powerfully yoga affects the body and mind—and I realized I wanted to share this with others.
In 2023, I completed international training and became a Yoga Alliance teacher, and also completed the 260-hour Organic People course. In 2024, I also completed additional training in perinatal yoga.
In my work, I promote the value of health, youth, and regularity, because systematic exercise changes not only the body, but also the mindset, energy level, and even a person's environment.
